Doc Text:	The user role selection screen was not easily navigable as it was missing plus/minus symbols for selection. This fix adds the plus/minus symbols to assign or remove roles from a user.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to Administration->users
2.  Click on a user and click 'roles'
3.  
   
Actual results:
No plus sign or minus sign within multiselect

Expected results:
Plus sign and minus sign should exist to indicate action

Tested in firefox and chrome

This appears to not be an issue as of current master:

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
