Description of problems:
There are cases with tag of XXX, but sometimes searching plans with that tag fails.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.8.0-2 on stage

Steps to Reproduce: 
Have logged in.


1.Click "PLANNING" menu.
2.Click "Search Plans" in the drop down submenu.
3.Enter a "Tag"([Security]) by which you want to search plans.
4.Click "Search" button.

Actual results: 
No results as the attachment shows

Expected results:
There are cases with tag of [Security] as the attachment shows.

TCMS search plan page not support search case through case tag.
You can search relate case in search case page and enter case tag as filter condition.
