No, they have different scenario, different exceptions, but have same symptoms.

Same error when you do following scenarios:


1. Create VM with bootable, Thin-Provision disk on iSCSi SD
2. Power-on VM
3. Create a new (floating) disk Thin-Provision on same iSCSi SD
4. Add disk (from step 3) to current running VM (from step 2)
5. Deactivate disk (from step 3)
6. Remove disk (from step 3), and select check-box "Remove permanently"
