Basically what I notice is my window manager dies. By the time that happens my X session is hosed so I go over to a VT and issue graceful reboot. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): kernel-3.4.6-2.fc17.x86_64 How reproducible: Doesn't seem to be any particular pattern to reproducing this issue. If I find one I'll let you know. But I think one of the aggrevating factors is suspending to ram and resuming multiple times. Steps to Reproduce: 1. suspend and resume a bunch of times over the course of a few days 2. ?? 3. Window manager dies and X session goes wonky. Actual results: Window manager dies, X session behaves erratically, tons of WARNINGs in dmesg, also logged to /var/log/messages. Expected results: Suspend and resume like an angry monkey over the course of weeks without the GPU going into a weird state.
