frontend/webadmin/modules/uicommonweb/src/main/java/org/ovirt/engine/ui/uicommonweb/models/vms/DiskModel.java has a restriction on Wipe After Delete checkbox for file based storage. It checks for NFS and LOCALFS, but POSIXFS is missing from the list.
