Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs will be migrated starting at the end of May. If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description Og Maciel 2012-08-03 15:54:28 UTC
Description of problem:

Somehow, when I registered one of my systems and it got automatically subscribed (default behavior) to the organization's available subscriptions, clicking the individual subscriptions' link in the Subscriptions panel took me to the Custom Provider's page. The correct behavior is to take me to the Red Hat Subscriptions page and select the corresponding subscription.

Og, could verify this issue is still present? I registered a system on auto and then clicked on its subscription link, which took me to the corresponding subscription on the Subscriptions page. thanks.

17:33 < omaciel> adprice: hey, that issue you asked for info... I remember thomasmckay saying it was sort of hard to reproduce it but he knew what caused it
17:33 < omaciel> thomasmckay: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=845630
17:33 < thomasmckay> omaciel: adprice: i have a guess at cause, though repro will be key
17:34 < omaciel> thomasmckay: mind providing info?
17:36 < thomasmckay> omaciel: if the code doesn't think the sub came from red hat, then it links over to a custom provider

Comment 3 Adam Price 2012-09-26 20:05:10 UTC
Og, I'm unable to reproduce.

Comment 4 Og Maciel 2012-09-26 20:35:16 UTC
