Steps to Reproduce: 
Enter into a run.

1.Choose one/more/all cases.

2.Move mouse to "bug" and click "Remove" in the dropdown list.

3.Input a bug id which was added in other test run or in original test case in the message box.Click "OK".


Actual results: 
The bug not added in this test run was removed.

Expected results:
The bug not added in this test run should not be removed.

Now bug is related to case. So we can delete any bug of one case on run page, though this bug is not related to current run.

This design is not very resonable, bug should be related to case_run.
We should only delete the bugs which is related to current run on run page.

will redesign the database in tcms 4.0.
