Description of problem:
Shift+F7 should (according to menu labels) work as an equivalent of Tools/Check Spelling...

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.write a couple of words in the current language with some of them misspelled
2.press Shift+F7
Actual results:
nothing happen (even no error message on stdout/stderr)

Expected results:
spell checking dialog pops up

Fixed in gedit-3.8.3-2
