Description of problem:
No error is displayed to user when snapshot creation fails on low disk space.

Note that backend logs this event properly, but no information is diplayed to use either via alert windows or via events.

How reproducible:
100 %

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a VM which resides on a Storage domain that has low disk space
2. Try to create a snapshot of the VM (VM disk must not be blank!)

  
Actual results:
Can do action is registered by backend and no message/event was displayed to user

Expected results:
User should get some alert in frontend

This is not happening any longer as a low disk verification was added,

Attached is the appropriate warning in the log file, a popup is also shown in the UI.
