Description of problem:
Useful applet: GUI indicator of network throughput in Gnome panel

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to Network
2. Login to Gnome desktop
3. Check panel for network throughput
    

Actual Results:  No such ability at present (using RH Phoebe 2 / RH 8.0.9.3). 
(IF available in RH 8.9.0.4, THEN disregard this request).

Expected Results:  Panel should have applet to indicate NIC network traffic

Add To Panel->Utility->System Monitor can monitor lots of different things
including network.
