Description of problem:
The completion of the guest tools ISO says "RHEV Bloon" was installed instead of "RHEV Balooon."

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEV-Tools 3.1.4.

Actual results:
The completion of the guest tools ISO says "Bloon" was installed instead of "Baloon."

Expected results:
The completion of the guest tools ISO says "RHEV Baloon" was installed.

post-isntallation screen containing another typo "Baloon" instead of "Balloon"
