3.6.0 just released

Rahul, should we look to update F16/F17/18/rawhide, or should we just stick to 18 and rawhide (or just rawhide) at the moment? I think the numbering change is to keep it in sync with gnome releases, but I'll have to confirm that.

Happy to help! I'm not much involved with this package neither downstream or upstream, but I built gnote 3.6.0 as a drive by update and now I'm building gnote 3.6.1 for F18 along with other GNOME 3.6.2 packages. In my opinion, a major version update like this shouldn't go to older, stable Fedora branches.
