Description of problem:
kernel error message on boot up:
pnp 00:0a: can't evaluate _CRS: 12311

boots otherwise fine and starts gnome desktop. But then the system completely freezes after a few minutes

3.5.2-3.fc17.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot up
2. wait few minutes
  
Actual results:
system freeze


Additional info:
system doesn't freeze in runlevel 3

Let us know if you have issues with 3.8.2 in updates-testing, without the fglrx module loaded.
