dstat - Inconsistency between man page and help

Description of problem:
In help these options are present, but missing in man:
* --filesystem (should be near --fs)
* -b --bits
Moreover, indentation in help should be corrected.

I've used upstream fix for this "bits" change and there's been only --bits option (no --diskbits, --netbits or even -b) so I've added only the --bits description to man page.

dstat-0.7.2-9.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.

* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing dstat-0.7.2-9.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
