Description of problem:

%_infodir, %_mandir, %_defaultdocdir are defined with /usr (or %{_usr}) instead of %{_prefix} making it harder to change the install prefix of packages.

redhat-rpm-config-9.1.0-34.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
