For the record, i tried this on TC4 in a vm. I fiddled a little with partition setting, but do not remember much what I did. IIRC, I have put / in lvm, /boot outside, swap in lvm and checked encryption for / . I also reduced swap to 1G and try to add as much as I can to /, maybe more than what is possible.

This should be fixed in f18 beta tc1.
