Description of problem:
Sometimes when a pass in an empty folder in the preview can stay recently viewed the message from the previous folder.

Unfortunaly I can only show you how it happens in the video. Do not know even how to gather more information.

I also created the backtrace but I do not think that there is anything should interesting.

Thanks for a bug report. You are right that backtaces doesn't show anything useful, there are only ongoing authentication requests on your EWS account, which are unrelated to this issue. This had been reported and fixed upstream [1] already, and is part of evolution 3.5.5, thus I'm closing this as such.
