Description of problem:
 both "software selection" and "installtion source" on the "installation summary"page are valid only after a long time.I have to wait if I want to finish my installtion.

The smaller text under the words explains what's going on - package metadata is being downloaded.  These spokes can't be ready for your use until that process is finished, and it can take a long time.
