How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to conductor 
2.Launched few instance
3.Go to the filter view of deployments
4.select the option as "New Deployments"
  
Actual results:
Throws error on conductor (PFA:new_deployment.png, rails.log)

Expected results:
Should display the instances

I wasn't able to reproduce this one: was able to filter deployments with the "New Deployments" filter on the table view

Could you please check if this bug still exists in master?
