TCMS error message

Description of problem:
For example if I set in test case Autoproposed only without Auto or Manual checked, changes are not saved and error message is shown, but at the bottom of a page where it's not visible at first sight. I suggest error message should be at the top of the page.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit some test case
2. Check Autoproposed only
3. Save changes
  
Actual results:
Error message is shown at the bottom of a page

Expected results:
Error message is shown at the top of a page
