Description of problem:
There is no undo option.
The Gnome HIC guidelines state that there should be.

An example:
1. Delete an e-mail accidentally.
2. Try to undo it. You can't.

evolution is still a GNOME 1.x app and thus doesn't follow the HIG in a number
of ways -- a lot of these are being corrected in the GNOME2 port.  Even after
that, though, changes for HIG conformance will need to be made upstream so that
we don't have a fork of the UI in our packages.
