Description of problem:
I would like to be able to manage packages that are not on the CDs, which I have

I would like to be able to install and uninstall these packages.

How reproducible:
Always

For installing, right click on them from nautilus or konqueror and see "Install
package" :)

Uninstalling is related to a separate RFE (already filed... several times :) for
having an all pcakages view.
