Description of problem: 'Linux Boot Options' for 'Run Once' dialog are not overridden by values provided by dialog in case these values are empty.

How reproducible:always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Linux VM, define valid values for Linux Boot Options (kernel,initrd+kickstart URL)
2. Start this VM using 'Run' button to check, that it boots the correct kernel, then power it off
3. Start this VM using 'Run Once' dialog, go to 'Linux Boot Options' and clear all fields.
  
Actual results: Machine still boots up kernel+initrd+kickstart as set in Step #1


Expected results: Machine starts with respect to cleared Linux Boot Options fields.


Additional info: The other way around (when I have empty boot options and then I 'Run Once' a VM and pass some) it works fine.
