Proposed release note: = UTF8 Object Naming Support = With CFSE 1.1 we now allow you to name your objects with UTF-8 characters to better match your organization's language preferences. You can now name the following with UTF-8 characters: * Organizations * Environments * Products * Repositories * Usernames Some of the above objects will require the addition of a new ASCII restricted 'label' field that is auto-generated but also able to be overridden. Username will not be supported.
