typo "plugins.ini" in openstack-status command

Description of problem:
openstack-status contains 2 lines that "grep" in file /etc/quantum/plugins.ini
This file does not exist, I guess it should be /etc/quantum/plugin.ini (ie. w/o "s")
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
1. just run openstack-status, observe error message
openstack-utils-2012.2-5.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing openstack-utils-2012.2-5.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
