shared/util.c:normalize_env_assignment() returns a strstrip-ed pointer, which
may not be a valid argument to free (because it might not point to the beginning of the allocated memory area).  I think the strstrip can be dropped because the caller already performs it (so this change is currently not important, only future modification could expose the problem).
