Doc Text:
On Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3 systems, upgrades from CloudForms 1.0.1 to 1.1 failed with the error: "Migrate aeolus-conductor rails database FAILED" Upgrade mechanism using user object hooks to create entities caused this error. This update fixes this behavior and the upgrade now works as expected.

Description of problem:
aeolus-upgrade fails when upgrading from 1.0.1 on rhel6.3


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
aeolus-conductor-0.13.8-1.el6cf


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install v1.0.1 which includes aeolus-conductor-0.8.34-1.el6cf
2. update via yum to aeolus-conductor-0.13.8-1.el6cf
3. launch aeolus-services stop
4. launch /usr/share/aeolus-conductor/script/aeolus-upgrade


Actual results:
