Comment 2 Mario 2003-03-11 07:10:28 EST
Bootloader loads initrd and vmlinuz, but when it comes to the point:
enabling ExtINT on CPU#0
ESR value before enabling vector: 00000002

it just freeze.

Same happened when I try to boot debian 3.0 Woody with experimental 2.4 kernel!
Comment 4 Arjan van de Ven 2003-03-11 07:57:48 EST
can you try passing 'noapic' as kernel option (assuming this is the installer
kernel)
Comment 5 Mario 2003-03-14 06:31:15 EST
 linux append noapic
No change!
