The header for Package Names misread the HTML entity and displayed "NAME ▲". This fix corrects the HTML entity and System Engine now displays the correct header message.

Description of problem:
Header for Package Names seems to be misreading some HTML entity

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 CloudForms System Engine Version: 1.1.12-7.el6cf 

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  register system
2.  Systems> $system > Content > Packages
3.  View list of packages
  
Actual results:
header reading "NAME ▲"

Expected results:
Proper header (not sure what it's actually supposed to be.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
