Description of problem:
As summary, when build a drupal book with the xml files, the debug notes that "Publican::Builder: TODO: adjustColumnWidths function is not fully implemented!".

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Extract the User_Guide.tar.gz in attachment.
2.Enter the User_Guide directory and run the command.
  $publican build --langs en-US --formats=drupal-book
3.Check the debug report.
  
Actual results:
As Description.

Expected results:
Build the drupal_book successfully with no debug errors.
