Description of problem: Fedora still ships with libupnp 1.6.13, that was released on March 2011. Latest version is 1.6.17, that contains a number of fixes and improvements. i.e. libupnp 1.6.13 is unable to open ports on my Fritz!box 7270 router, while 1.6.17 can.
