Description of problem: The "Software" menu has no close button when maximised and does not respond to right-click. Actual results: The "Software" menu has no close button when maximised and does not respond to right-click. This is working as designed, I'm afraid. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=684622 has some discussions about design adjustments for maximized windows.
