Last modified: 2012-10-08 06:10:27 EDT

font with systemd-194
Description of problem:
FONT=latarcyrheb-sun16 and LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8 kernel parameters (and the same in /etc/sysconfig/i18n) ignored after updating to systemd-194.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Font not set in virtual console (see screenshots) but can be set with setsysfont.
Font should be set.
Downgrading to systemd-193-1.fc18 fixes font problem.

I think it's called SYSFONT= in /etc/sysconfig/i18n. Note, this is a legacy
config file, which will systemd will stop reading some day in the future.
The native systemd config file is: /etc/vconsole.conf. Here is the man page
with the key names and the kernel commandline parameters:

SYSFONT option in /etc/sysconfig/i18n working but both kernel parameters SYSFONT and FONT are ignored.
