The problem has been approved on system waked up from hibernation. It happens periodically but I cannot find a reason of it.

Then consider avoiding Hibernation like the plague, if it turns your machine unstable.

Otherwise, parts of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=789542#c8 apply, too.
