firewall-cmd has had changed names of many options since 0.2.6, like:
'--change-interface' instead of '--change --interface' or
'--remove-interface' instead of '--remove --interface'.

firewalld in F-17 will probably stay with 0.2.5 so this is F18+ change only.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing initscripts-9.41-2.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
