Description of problem:

Looking at the list of Running jobs at

/jobs/?simplesearch=&jobsearch.quick_search=Status-is-Running

I was able to see jobs that have multiple recipes and all recipes are marked as Completed.

0.9.3

How reproducible:

It sometimes happens.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at Running systems, start with the oldes ones.
2. Explore one by one, look at statuses of their recipes.
  
Actual results:

Chances are you will find job that should be marked completed because all its recipes are completed, but it is not.

Expected results:

When the last recipe completes, the whole job should be marked as completed.
