Setting OUTPUT_AUTOFLUSH in eval when STDOUT is localized in upper scope leads to segmentation fault

This code segfaults:
$ perl -e 'local *STDOUT; eval q[$|=0];'
perl-5.14.2 as well as 5.16.1 are affected.
perl-5.16.1-233.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.
perl-5.14.3-217.fc17 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 17.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing perl-5.16.1-233.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
