The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Hi, I tried to scratch build 'esc' with actual autoconf (not with legacy
autoconf213) and it looks it works fine:

Would it be possible to fix this in rhel-7.0 to minimize number of dependant
packages on autoconf213?  I would like to remove autoconf213 in future which
has been released in 1999.

Verified that the required packages for esc-1.1.0-27.el7.x86_64 has only autoconf and not autoconf213
