This seems to me a clear copy&paste oversight: libjpeg-turbo (as shown also in the mainstream libjpeg-turbo.spec) does not depend on libpng or zlib.

Thank you for your patch. I just committed it to rawhide. As with the fontconfig bug report you reported yesterday I will only rebuild this package for rawhide and don't push updated versions to Fedora 17/18 as this change doesn't introduce any differences in the resulting binary rpms
