Diagonal background stripes are the wrong angle in Firefox 16

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Updgrade Firefox to version 16
2.Visit openshift.redhat.com in Firefox 16
  
Actual results:
Background stripes are at the wrong angle

Expected results:
Background stripes should be at 20 degree angle consistent with logo

Additional info:
Firefox 16 included a change to it's CSS3 gradient syntax, including a change to how it interprets angle specifications. See relevant post about FF16 changes: https://hacks.mozilla.org/2012/07/aurora-16-is-out/

Tested this issue on devenv_2340 on firefox16, the background stripes has been corrected now, thanks.
