You can drop the scriplets, since you don't install icons in the hicolor dir, compare to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:ScriptletSnippets#Icon_Cache

Don't gzip the man page. Man pages are compressed by rpmbuild. Also make it ...%{name}.1* in the files section, as the compression algorithm might change.
