Description of problem:
I installed a machine from DVD and configured a static IP during the installation. But when the system was rebooted, eth0 had reverted to DHCP and the only ifcfg file present in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts was ifcfg-lo

/var/log/anaconda/anaconda.log
/var/log/anaconda/*ifcfg.log
/var/log/anaconda/syslog

from installed system.

From anaconda.log:

Tells me you are using anaconda 18.6.8. 18.14-1 should be ok.
