L10N: Administer - Clouds

Description of problem:

* When configuring the Penalty for Failure strategy, the string "Anzahl der Ausfälle, bevor der Cloud-Ressourcenprovider-Account nicht längerverwendet werden sollte" is missing a space between "länger verwendet". (English string is "The number of failures before the Cloud Resource Provider Account should not be used") 

In my translation files on Zanata that space is in its correct place though. 
How did it go missing in the UI?

Translation to be used unchanged from Zanata, with space in correct place
