Description of problem:
Running a win32 app which wants to create an SSL connection, I got

err:wininet:init_openssl trying to use a SSL connection, but couldn't load libssl.so.10. Expect trouble.
err:wininet:open_http_connection create_netconn failed: 12157

Installing openssl-libs-i686 fixed the issue. (The host is fedora x86_64)

wine-1.5.15-1.fc19.x86_64

Package mingw-wine-gecko-1.8-1.fc18, wine-mono-0.0.8-1.fc18, wine-1.5.16-1.fc18:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing mingw-wine-gecko-1.8-1.fc18 wine-mono-0.0.8-1.fc18 wine-1.5.16-1.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
