Description of problem:

import an iscsi export domain created in a 2.2 setup to a 3.1 setup. 
do not attach it to a DC 
storage tab -> select domain -> you can press the edit button

Steps to Reproduce:
1. import an iscsi export domain created in a 2.2 setup
2. storage tab -> select domain -> press edit
3.
  
Actual results:

edit button should be greyed out

Expected results:

edit button is not greyed out -> dialogue will open with no ok/cancel

I believe the domain name is updtable, then every field but the name should be disabled, the bug is still relevant as there is no ok/cancel buttons.

Ok, after discussing this issue with Dafna, There are two bugs here:

1) Edit domain should not be allowed for unattached domain state
2) When domain is up, dialog is opened with no OK/cancel buttons.

This bug is irrelevant as 'edit' for SAN export domain won't be usable any longer, closing.
