Description of problem:

Multiple domains feature is operational on 3.0 DC/Cluster and hosts so we are able to (for example) move only one disk, create disks on different domains, create template with multiple disks on different storages.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. upgrade from 3.1
2. add multiple disks to a vm on two different domains
3.
  
Actual results:

we are able to create vm with disks on different storages

Expected results:

3.0 compatibility should not support multiple domains feature.

afaik, this feature has no compatiblity issues
