Please, add a new dmraid-activation.service to 90-default.preset file. The dmraid-activation.service will be used as existing fedora-storage-init.service is going to be split into respective packages and dmraid-activation.service will be one of them.
Also, besides rawhide, please apply this for F18 as well. Thanks.
