  * Click on Data Center Tab, Right Click
  * Select Any Data Center
  * Check Detail Sub-tab (Permissions)
  * Click "Add" and open "Add Permission to User" window.
     
 



Actual results:

"Specific User/Group" is untranslated. 

Expected results:
Should be translated, but this string does not appear in Zanata.

Cannot really verify this bug until Bug 882610 is fixed; moving back to ASSIGNED.
Also, reversing dependencies (this bug depends on solution for bug 882610, not blocking it)
