Some packages (eg. lehsak-server) fail to build with "/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lHSrts_thr" error message thrown.

I am not sure if ghc's threaded runtime is supported on tier 2 archs.
Anyway at least for pandoc rts_thr is not really needed
(it is dropped now in upstream git). So fixing that first.
Fixing first in leksah-server-0.12.1.2-8.fc19
leksah-server-0.12.1.2-8.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing leksah-server-0.12.1.2-8.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
