Filed from caserun https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/run/49207/#caserun_1689369

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8 Client

Steps to Reproduce:
 - Launch Thunderbird
 - Create a new IMAP account
 - Enter incorrect authentication info (for example: wrong password, wrong authentication type)
 - Add the account (still with incorrect info)
 - Click on the "Get Mail" button

Actual results:
A cut-off notification appears on the bottom of the screen, only the end of which is visible. (See attachment).

Expected results:
A helpful notification appears on the bottom of the screen, listing possible problems. If the message is too long to fit on one line, it should be wrapped over several lines.

Additional info:
Encountered this over VNC, could be involved in the problem. Encountered on RH email and confirmed on gmail by changing Auth from "Normal password" to "Encrypted password".

We're solving only major problems in RHEL5 packages like security fixes and instability issues. In my opinion this issue doesn't match such criteria so I'm closing it as as wontfix.
